CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa, January 11, 2024 –FiOptix Inc., a leading provider of telecommunications and fiber deployment services throughout the US, announced today that it has acquired QualTek LLC’s Wireline fiber and Fulfillment business units. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
QualTek’s Wireline business units have a long history of success as a major builder of telecommunications infrastructure throughout North America. Their legacy brands of NX Utilities, ACI and Urban Cable have been highly recognized for quality and success for over two decades. FiOptix Inc. Chief Executive Officer, Jay Heaberlin, commented: “We are pleased to announce the acquisition of QualTek’s Wireline business units.
