FiOptix Inc., established in 2017, is a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure services across the country. FiOptix specializes in fiber deployment, engineering and design services, construction, splicing, activation, and fulfillment services. FiOptix has 400+ employees and a total workforce of over 2,000 across 27 locations in the United States.

Jay joined FiOptix in 2024, bringing 22 years of telecom industry experience and executive leadership to his CEO role. Jay carved a niche in the telephony, cable, and fiber arena, building a successful track record after starting in the industry as a technician in 1999, advancing to numerous management roles, and becoming President of DirectSat USA. His leadership helped DirectSat USA become the top performing home service provider for DirecTV in the United States from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Jay strategically lead QualTek in growing the Renewables and Wireline industry, as President of QualTek Wireline and Fulfillment. Jay honed his leadership skills serving in the United States Air Force from 1995-1999.
