His leadership helped DirectSat USA become the top performing home service provider for DirecTV in the United States from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Jay strategically lead QualTek in growing the Renewables and Wireline industry, as President of QualTek Wireline and Fulfillment. Jay honed his leadership skills serving in the United States Air Force from 1995-1999.
